Sink That Makes Washing Hands Fun Again

Inspired by the Abisko National Park in Sweden, the Abisko Washbasin is one sink that would make teaching children to wash their hands a much more entertaining experience. The water comes out of the faucet where you catch it to wash your hands but once it lands in the sink its path down the slide will relax you with the soothing sound of a waterfall. Once the water has made its way down the slide thanks to gravity, it freefalls once more only this time into a drain on the floor that resembles a heating duct.
Hi Matt! Abisco sounds relaxing (I clicked on ‘More” and saw their sight and sounds) enough. My first thought upon seeing it was “This can never be an option in a limited size bath room, and certainly not a 1/2 bath/powder room.” I like to see more practicality in my beautiful, well made things. Does this sink have an eco-friendly aspect to it? Hugs, Denise
I thought the website was really nice. I found the music to be peaceful. I agree the sink wouldn’t make much sense in a bathroom like mine either, but if I had a huge house! Thanks for the comment.
